Our ArcticNet Project on understanding Inuit community uses and needs for weather, water and ice information has been endorsed internationally as part of the Year of Polar Prediction (https://www.polarprediction.net/key-yopp-activities/).  We were encouraged to submit for this endorsement because there is a lot of interest in improving weather, water, ice and climate services to meet different user needs around the Arctic, but not much is understood about Inuit community needs for these services.  This is a great way to connect our efforts with a larger group of people working on these issues, and to share our results with other communities and service providers around the Arctic moving forward.
