In celebrating Nunavut Day (July 9) this year, we created a new StraightUpNorth-research YouTube channel to share videos where we give more context about our projects, provide tips on our research methods, and present some of the results of our work.

We then published our first YouTube video featuring SmartICE Co-ordinators discussing 7 key aspects of Inuit-led marine conservation! These discussions were part of a Knowledge Exchange workshop on Inuit-led conservation, hosted in Yellowknife in January 2023.
